Michelle McCorkell
Michelle is the Program and Membership Services Manager at GTAN. This multi-faceted position includes communication with the members, working as a liaison between members and potential investee companies during the selection, investor meeting and due diligence process and is responsible for various other member initiatives including GTAN|RAW. Along with these tasks she also is involved in planning special events at GTAN.
Seeing a need to encourage, educate and engage more women in angel investing, Michelle launched the program GTAN|WIT – Women Invest Today. This interactive program brings angels, potential angels, entrepreneurs and partners together to share stories and explain the need for more diversity in angel investing.
Michelle is a business owner that has a Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources. She has with worked in various roles including Marketing, Human Resources and Customer Relations.
