Our Process
Equation Angels provides entrepreneurs with a more effective and efficient way to access our angel investors and capitalize on their expertise, experience and resources.
- Application
Aspiring entrepreneurs can fill out one simple application that will be reviewed by Equation Angels staff. Each month, the team will review applications and assess whether the opportunity is a good match for our investors. - Selection Committee Presentation
Six companies will be invited to present in person to the joint Selection Committee. If selected, the entrepreneur will pitch their idea to our committee of angel investors for consideration. Two to four companies will be selected to present to the three angel groups. - Three Meetings, Three Days
Following a successful selection pitch, entrepreneurs will be invited to present at all three Investment Meetings, taking place in a span of in three days. - Joint Due Diligence
Following your presentations, interested investors from all three angel groups will meet with you during the 2 to 3 hour Deeper Dive meeting scheduled the following week.
